The Huron SubStation is Historic Landmark No. 404, built in 1906 as a  substation for the yellow car trolley.

Can be visualized as a warehouse, NY or LA loft, design studio, gallery, evil lair, killer pad, East Coast building, fire house, workout studio, turn of the century structure, architectural office, garage for vehicles, stable house, artist’s studio, etc.  Drive in capabilities.

The property and building are both historic, yet modern. The front has a walled in courtyard and the back yard spills onto an oasis of beauty with an 11′ wide fountain, lush garden, cafe lights, wine wall, and gate access.

The interior’s century old textured brick walls, arched windows and steel beams give one the sense of a long lost, ancient Los Angeles. The landscaped garden with its lit fountain is unfettered by trend, and propels one into a wonderful sense of intimacy.
